I originally made my appointment on line for the $139.95 - vehicle well check package! I received a phone call telling me that it would take two hours and I wouldn’t be able to wait. However the lower pri - vehicle well check package! I received a phone call telling me that it would take two hours and I wouldn’t be able to wait. However the lower priced package would take an hour and I could wait for the vehicle! Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the dealership to check in and was told my appointment was for a tire rotation! Thank goodness Steven told me this or I would have been really ticked off!! I didn’t write down the original quote but I believe it was about $70. I paid $122.00 for the oil change and the regular service inspection. I think you need to better educate the people setting up these appointments!! More
