Our contact was completely online and over the phone as I live five hours away. I was negotiating on several different vehicles in different locations - Ravi came out on top = he was prompt, honest and willing to deal. Everything was ready to go and car completely detailed when I arrived to pick it up. My only disappointment was that the mats and cargo liner negotiated in the deal were not available - even thou they were in stock at a Nissan dealership down the road. Ravi assured me they would be sent out as soon as they arrive. I felt a little bit like a kid at the principles office with the finance guy - a warmer reception would have been nice. More

Ian Rae and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Half a year later I got a nail in my winter tire and had some windshield issues. Ian told me to drop the car off saying “I want you to be happy with your purchase”. Day later Aaron Stachinw gave me a call to confirm my arrival time and to make sure the car is heated. Once again on my pick up day the car was fully cleaned and was shining like new with no extra cost - all issues eliminated. Good people are so hard to find. Their professionalism impressed myself and many people around me. Edmonton BMW is too far behind to even compare. More

Cannot make an appointment for "A" Servicing So I purchased a 2015 CRV nearly three years ago, last year I purchased winter tires here. I like dealing with everything through appointments and ha So I purchased a 2015 CRV nearly three years ago, last year I purchased winter tires here. I like dealing with everything through appointments and had no issues. This year was my first time trying to get servicing in November and when I tried to make an appointment I was told to just come in. The person on the phone was rude and didn't appear to be interested in our business. Unfortunately when I arrived they were booked for the day, and I had not been previously told I should show up early. All my other dealings with their tire and lube center was just show up and it gets done. This time I was quickly shown the door, and quite frankly made to feel like I should have known better. Fast forward a couple of days and after I had voiced my concerns every effort was made to ensure I was happy and would continue to be a customer. In future I will be sure to be mindful of their black out times for service in the fall and spring More

FIVE STAR SERVICE My 2014 Civic had a slight leak on an oil separator seal ( or such) and during that repair, Wheaton mechanics noticed a second leak in the crank shaf My 2014 Civic had a slight leak on an oil separator seal ( or such) and during that repair, Wheaton mechanics noticed a second leak in the crank shaft area.
