Best vehicle purchase experience I've had Vaughan Chrysler was recommended to us from a local dealer. We were going to shop local but the pricing and service was not what we wanted. I contacted Vaughan Chrysler on a Sunday (via live chat) on their website regarding pricing. On Monday a Sales Rep promptly called me. I spoke with Sirous and he listened to our needs and wants. We drove 40 minutes to meet him. Sirous was able to get us a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan with everything we asked for AND in our budget. Usually we take a couple of weeks or so to shop around and way our options. Sirous and Wilson closed the deal within the hour. No pressure, no games. Going forward, we will be making our auto purchases at Vaughan Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I highly recommend, if you are in the market for a new vehicle, visit this dealership and ask for Sirous. They were able to locate the vehicle I wanted, within the strict timelines I had and my price range, complete all the required paperwork while offering a number of market options and also worked with me on accommodating a last minute request for another vehicle's repair. Thieves Took my dodge sprinter there for service while it was still under warranty and got robbed for hundreds of dollars .I should have known better when the Took my dodge sprinter there for service while it was still under warranty and got robbed for hundreds of dollars .I should have known better when the so called service advisor ( Highway Robber) tried to push me to do injectors flush where the truck was still new with hardly any KMS on it .If you do go for service at this Stealership you will get robbed by a bunch of low lives who are money hungry . There are way better and honest places out there than this place .I am writing this so others can see what kind of place this is , do yourself a big huge favor and steer clear of this joint or else you will get robbed .Bunch of dishonest ,liars and only money hungry people are here . This goes on to the mechanics too not just the advisors . Bad people take their bad habits with them anywhere they go . WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN and I wish more people read this and steer clear of this stealership . More
