Due to the supply chain issues at the time, I expected a long wait, but Turpin Kia had the shortest wait time among all the dealerships I contacted — just three months. What impressed me even more was their proactive communication: they regularly emailed me with updates without me having to ask. Anytime I reached out with questions, they responded promptly and professionally. Now, after two years of driving my Carnival, I’m still very happy with the car and the service I received. She not only confirmed the details of the warranty, but connected me with Ashley, who arranged pick up, repair and drop off of the tire to my home within 48 hours.
