ToyotaTown and Dennis Dabous treat me like a valued customer. On the same day I called about oil dripping from my 2012 Corolla they got me in and showed me that I must have driven through some oil and customer. I gave one less star to ToyotaTown due to my poor experience with the computerized "Brooke" telephone service attendant that attempted to coordinate my previous oil change. The personal touch is especially important during first contact. More

Had a frustrating problem with the heating system in my 2001 4Runner. Jason and his team were persistent in diagnosing the problem on two separate occasions to figure it out and fix the problem.
