I went to another dealership as they had something in stock where Toyota-Town didn’t at the time. Immediately I could tell and feel the difference between dealerships and was reminded why I love Toyota-Town. At Toyota-Town it doesn’t matter what employee you are talking to from sales, finance, or even managers. They all care about your sale and experience. The entire time you are talked to and treated as an equal. They don’t talk down to you or make you feel like a second rate citizen. Honestly, I left the other dealership feeling that I haven’t been heard or listened to, disrespected, as if my time didn’t matter, lied to, numbers kept changing, and devaluation of my trade. I am happy it didn’t work out because I came right back to Toyota town and was extremely pleased. Since our last vehicle purchase they have also updated there finance process with big screens and personalized presentations. Which is great for visualization of numbers and adds a real personal touch. The finance team allows you to completely customize your needs, with there experienced input that is displayed in a respect and non-judgmental way. They walk you through the tech and features on the vehicle, help you connect your phone, and even how to access spare tires. Ensuring you fully understand the vehicle and are able to enjoying everything you just purchased. If you are comparing numbers to numbers, yes their dealer fee is a bit higher than other dealers. It’s worth it, not only is it worth it just for the way you are treated here. You also get with new vehicles a service covered on security part etching. Which I personally would have never thought of getting done but is currently saving me over 80$ a year on car insurance. In all seriousness I have no connection to this dealer, I found them 2 years ago and have been blown away every time. It seems weird to say but I feel like part of the family and I definitely am treated like that. My family and I are extremely pleased with our new vehicle and can’t wait for when we need another one. As we know, here we will be treated with respect, heard and end up getting another great Toyota. More

Trying to figure out what car to buy is not easy. I went to Toyotatown to look at Rav4's. Shawn L helped me. I test drove one on the first visit. This one was not for me. The second time I met with S I went to Toyotatown to look at Rav4's. Shawn L helped me. I test drove one on the first visit. This one was not for me. The second time I met with Shawn, we discussed what I was looking for because I had finally narrowed it down. I was looking to get a 2025 Rav4 XLE. Unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle that I wanted. Shawn was very honest and very helpful from the start. I've had some pretty bad experiences at some other dealerships in the area from pushy and downright rude and dishonest sale guys. It was a nice change to come to Toyotatown and not have to deal with that on top of the stress of buying a new (or used) vehicle. I recommend Shawn to anyone who is looking for their next vehicle.
