We initially tested some cars at the Toyota dealership in Windsor and had terrible experience with sale people. A typical dealership that only cares about their revenue. The smiles are plastic. No sincerity. I showed up on Monday for a snow tire rotation, quoted that I need new steel rim for $700+; came back on Fri The smiles are plastic. No sincerity. I recently brought my 2016 Corolla in for some much needed brake work. These people were great. From the moment I made my appointment to the final completion of the work, they kept me informed through needed brake work. These people were great. From the moment I made my appointment to the final completion of the work, they kept me informed through the process. The mechanic sent me a video to show the damaged parts and what needed done immediately and also what could wait. He did a tutorial so I saw and understood everything being done. I was contacted by phone to discuss all my options throughout. Always polite and friendly. Great crew! I am happy again driving my old car knowing that it is safe because of a job well done. Kudos to this crew and to those responsible for hiring them. Also a shout out to Gwen who helped me so much when I purchased my car so long ago. She has contacted me several times through the years to see how I'm doing and to make sure I'm still happy with my car. Lovely women, great sense of humor. I recommended this dealership to my daughter last year when she was buying her new car. She's also a happy customer and has been treated with the same care and respect for all her service appointments. Five stars all the way! More
