I think the best part about working with Daniel, however, was his honesty. We spoke about a couple cars, and he walked through the Carfax with me in detail. He was upfront about vehicles he thought would be a risky purchase, and taught me a lot about what to look for. I was able to confidently and comfortably make the purchase, without ever feeling pressured to do so, and am now very happy with what I ended up with. More

I had an accident with my previous Rav4 and it was a write off so I visited ToyotaTown looking for another Rav4 to replace it. The Toyota Town dealership was welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. It was easy to see a comprehensive line-up of their current vehicles, the facilities were clean, and had a lot of buzz. It was quick to be welcomed at reception and connected with a sales representative. We were connected with Gwen Jones who was very personable, welcoming and knowledgeable about vehicles we came in interested in and others that may have better suited our needs. She took a sincere interest in us and helping us to find a vehicle that best suited the needs of our family. She made the test driving experience very enjoyable and explained relevant features on the vehicles in comprehensive detail. Even when we decided that a Toyota ultimately wasn’t for us, Gwen was a class act, wishing us well and followed up with a lovely message of thanks for our time - something that is almost never seen from a salesperson who didn’t get the days’ deal. Had things worked out differently, we would have been more than pleased to work with Gwen for our vehicle purchase. More
