I had some reservations in purchasing a 2012 Camry from a dealer 700Kms from home. A few emails to Adel Al Rayes in administration was all it took to setup a pickup date. Four days from initial call I flew to London and arrived at Toyota-Town at 9:25am. Shawn immediately recognized me from by faxed Drivers License photo and had everything ready including the car and plates mounted Shawn was polite & friendly and took the time to explain add-ons options and the features/knobs/switches of the car before heading back to Ottawa. By 10:00am I drove out of the dealers lot with a very satisfied and enjoyable experience. This was the best no-nonsense, honest courteous auto purchase I have had in 37years. When I walked into the dealership I knew I wanted to buy a Toyota but was unsure of what kind. Nick was the sales person that approached me and instantly answered all of my questions but did not try to swa a Toyota but was unsure of what kind. He educated me on the cars and then once I made my decision he sat down with me and explained step by step what was going to happen next. I was trading in my car in and he helped me get an amazing trade in deal for my old car. Nick really advocated for me to ensure I got the price I wanted for my old car, ensured I did not go over my budget, and that my new Corolla had every option I wanted. He was prompt at answering text messages and returning calls, and when it would be few days before my new car would be in he offered me a car to drive (my old car was not drivable) including his own car. Nick went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone! You will get the best with Nick! More
