Great Service We were visiting from 4 hours away when we experienced vehicle problems. We called the dealership which suggested speaking directly with a service ad We were visiting from 4 hours away when we experienced vehicle problems. We called the dealership which suggested speaking directly with a service advisor. Peter Engelmanas signed us in, offered a complimentary coffee while we waited for the vehicle to be checked. The repairs were scheduled in for first thing the next day - a Saturday! (Not available in our home area.) The vehicle needed to stay put so Peter arranged for a ride. As Peter was not working the next day, he had our file moved to Firis Sharif who continued with the same high level of help. Both men went above and beyond making sure all was done in time so that we could have a safe and problem free trip home. Communication was excellent - we always knew 'the next step'. We were also advised of the ToyotaTown Advantage Club Card program which saved us 10%of our total bill. Thanks Peter and Firis. Great job. Thanks to the mechanics too!
