Superior service and knowledge of products I have just recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry XSE from Toyotatown. Exceptional service I arrived in London from out of town and discovered I had an issue with my car. I went to this dealership and was pleasantly surprised by the employees. Jenn Kolyn (service advisor) was very prompt in addressing the problem and having it resolved with the assistance of Marcus. Jenn was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was thrilled to be driving away feeling re-assured that the vehicle was now fine to drive and to have such a positive experience. Never again! I have recent negative experience dealing with used car sales department at this dealership. I called to inquire about one of the used vehicles Toyot I have recent negative experience dealing with used car sales department at this dealership. I called to inquire about one of the used vehicles Toyota Town has listed for sale, 2008 Toyota Camry, and my call got transferred to Tara Shepard. She kindly provided me with some information and asked if I want to test-drive a car. She also noted my 416 area code and I confirmed that I will be coming there from Toronto. I proposed time and Tara assured me that the car “will be at the front waiting for you”. At my surprise when I arrived at the dealership, sales man informed me that the car is not at the dealership at the moment and that he cannot estimate when it will be back; the best he can do is to call me when the car returns. He was sorry for my meaningless trip, but could not help with anything. This is inappropriate practice for a dealership of this caliber. Ms. Shepard demonstrated a lack of professionalism in what appears to be a very simple task of setting up an appointment. Ms. Shepard should have taken responsibility for mishap and at the least should have offered some in-person apology and, perhaps, some compensation for the worthless trip. That was my first and the last visit to this dealer! Never again! More

I liked his friendly and attentive attitude, and he was not any different when I decided finally to go to the dealership to see the van and dealt with him in person. Shawn also showed serious interest to win my business and he went extra miles offering different alternatives to meet my preferences.
