First New Car / Sales Person I'm 27 years old and finally bought my first brand new car. When I was 22 (until I was 26) I was driving a 2003 Toyota Corolla CE which I purchased second/third hand in Sudbury Ontario. I loved it, and knew Toyotas were reliable vehicles. Although I looked around in serveral different places, I narrowed down my selection exclusively to Toyota Town in London Ontario. Everything about my experience was excellent! My sales person Shaun Smith was approachable, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and trustworthy. I knew that buying my vehicle from him would mean a hassle free purchase, and no head aches down the road. He surpassed all of my expectations. He sold me Ina brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla. His follows ups to this day are ongoing too! Once I was finished in my dealings with Shaun, I proceeded on to my financial representative Adel Al Rayes. He too was exceptional in every sence of the word! Friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and trustworthy. The two (sales and finances) make a great team, and an even better experience. My experience with Toyota Town (in comparison to the countless other dealerships I visited) was hands down a 10 out of 10. I would certainly recommend stopping in at Toyota Town if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Excellent, easy, no pressure experience I have been very successful in the energy sales business for more than 20 years, and Nick Sinko perfectly encapsulated the credo I have always tried t I have been very successful in the energy sales business for more than 20 years, and Nick Sinko perfectly encapsulated the credo I have always tried to live by. A salesperson's job is not to sell but rather educate and enable customers. I believe that in sales the ends do not justify the means, but instead the means will create a good end. This was my experience with Nick and Toyota Town. I had been looking for a used Camry with leather for several months because Toyota/Lexus have far and away the highest reliability ratings and are relatively cheap to service. When I found a Camry with leather at Toyota Town in excellent condition for an excellent price, I called and booked an appointment. From my first interaction on the phone, to meeting Nick and test driving the car, at no time did I feel pressure to make a decision, have fear of loss applied, or was there an attempt to up sell. All my questions were answered, and at no time did Nick "create" an answer to make me happy. He told me the truth, whether it would help get the sale or not. The car needed an alignment that I was told would be done. When I went to pick it up a few days later, like most of us I was thinking "did they do the alignment or am I going to have to argue with them about it." When I arrived Nick said immediately that it was done, but they had not filled the gas tank up as promised since he wanted me to test drive the car to the gas station to ensure I was satisfied with the alignment. Can't argue with that. While cars give us much pleasure and are very necessary, from a purely financial perspective, most of us are instinctively aware they are a not a good investment. This can create a lot of stress and uncertainty. Nick and Toyota Town remove much of this anxiety by selling a top notch product, honestly and without pressure. This is my first Toyota and I am very pleased with the rid I had the opportunity to drive my new 2016 Toyota Highlander some distance this weekend. This is my first Toyota and I am very pleased with the ride, comfort and function of the vehicle. At this point, I’m totally convinced that I have picked a winner from the crowded SUV market segment. My wife also drove the Highlander about 80k this weekend and was very impressed, suggesting that the ride was superior to that of her Acura RDx.
