I've recently leased a brand new 2016 RAV4 from Toyotatown London. Having been a happy returning customer for the last 10 years now, my recent purchase has left me feeling content with exceptional customer service! Needing a little more room to accommodate my families needs, I came in to explore my options. Sales consultant Peet Buys was there to walk me through my experience. He has a caring approach that was extremely attentive and he listened to all my questions and concerns with a great deal of patience. He was able to provide me with my vehicles trade in value prior to making any of my decisions on a new vehicle. He worked diligently to get the best value possible for my trade in. Leasing is something new to me as a option, and Peet made this a very easy process to digest. He ensured that I received all the information regarding my lease, helping me understand every detail, this was greatly appreciated. Thank you also, to Janine feenstra for taking the time and patience with me to exploring the extras in completing the whole car care package.
