I must admit there was a bit of apprehension on our part, having had mixed experiences with other Brands/ Dealerships in the past. I'm happy to say Frank was completely professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the Toyota Highlander. Heavens knows I asked a ton of difficult questions and he was always pleasant and never ruffled in his responses. He came over as a straight up Guy who is trying his best to provide the customer with the best purchase options and he strived to ensure the We, the customer always experienced an excellent quality of service. Our Camty Hybrid In March, out of the blue, my husband suggested we go look at new cars. We have a Rav4 we are pleased with so he thought we should go to the Toyo In March, out of the blue, my husband suggested we go look at new cars. We have a Rav4 we are pleased with so he thought we should go to the Toyota dealership in London, Ont. We went into the dealership on Wharrncliffe Road and started looking around the showroom. After we had looked at what was on the floor, a young man came up and introduced himself - Nick Sinko. He asked if we had any questions and took us to his desk. He answered all our questions and asked a few of his own. When we indicated we were interested in a Hybrid, he asked why and my husband, Bill, said it was time to think about the environment. Nick said that was a good answer because there would not be a huge saving on gas and most people were looking for that. We ended up taking a Rav4 and a Prius for test drives. When we got back to the showroom, we again spoke to Nick. The Rav4 was a good drive, but was not all that gas-friendly and had very little room for transporting stuff in the back. The Prius felt much cheaper - but was not. We left, saying we had to do some thinking. We were heading to Toronto that weekend so we went into the dealership where we had bought our current Rav4. We chatted with a personable young man there, but then he put on his salesman hat. His voice changed - became louder and had a much more aggressive tone. We had thought that since this place had done all the servicing on our current Rav, they might have a better offer on a trade. They did not so we went back to Nick. This time we tried a Camry. It is almost as good as the Prius on gas, but was comfortable and roomy. We decided to go with a Camry on a lease and have been very pleased. We still have the old Rav for carrying loads. Nick was never pushy or offensive in any way. He was friendly and chatty and made us feel at ease. He is very knowledgable and answered all our questions. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. More

Went in to view a car but left buying a 2016 Corolla. Gwen Jones at Toyota Town London was able to give us some information and a test drive on the car.
