My 2013 Corolla LE looks and feels like a brand new car! The Team helped me with every question and concern regarding some negative issues we heard about other vehicles and all questions were answered and we also got a limited warranty included and road side assistance from the original warranty package. We love our 2013 Corolla LE and plan to tell friends and family to speak with Sean for their new or used car needs for sure and the Team made sure that this was my Best Birthday Present Ever! Outstanding professional and friendly service! I was recently in to ToyotaTown for an oil change and the gold package detailing on my car. My service advisor Corey was friendly, engaged and helpful. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and he assured me they would check it and let me know what they would recommend. I wanted to know if my fluid levels would be checked with a simple oil change. The answer was "yes". I was called before changing the interior cabin filters as they were in need of the change. I was also informed at the same time on the status of my tire - a simple fix. Good news! I was offered a loaner car as mine had to stay overnight but I didn't require it. My car was ready on time and looked brand new! The tires were incredibly clean and almost all my little scuffs in the paint and on the wheel covers were buffed out. The interior truly looked like a new car - my car is five years old. This is the second car I have purchased new from ToyotaTown and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done team! More

Outstanding Service, Warranty Honored Our Rav4 was suffering some serious transmission problems, so I limped it in to the dealership in the evening to see what was wrong. I spoke with Aman Our Rav4 was suffering some serious transmission problems, so I limped it in to the dealership in the evening to see what was wrong. I spoke with Amanda and was informed of the process and the potential costs. The following morning she called me back (as promised) and told me that the problem was the torque converter and that all repairs would be fully covered under the warranty. True to her word, when I picked up the car, not only does it now function perfectly, but there was no charge. In 35 years of owning cars, I have never had a dealership actually honour a warranty without finding some additional fees to add on top. The customer service from Amanda was outstanding, and the warranty was fully honoured. Between my wife and I, we have had four Toyotas from this dealership over the years, and never had any issues. When it's time for a new car this time around, we'll be headed straight back to Toyota Town. Well done Amanda! More

They went a step further and put me in a new 2017 Tacoma. It is this level of customer service that makes them an outstanding dealership. More
