My husband and I traveled from Windsor Ontario to view the vehicle and test drive. Tim Smuck was our salesman and he was most helpful in explaining all the features of my vehicle . Tim was personable as he listened to my questions and concerns and very articulate as he responded. I felt that he reviewed everything thoroughly and was confident to drive my new Matrix back to Windsor.
