great experience purchasing my used vehicle . I purchased my used Rav4 from Totoyatown coming from Guelph because of the competitive pricing and reputation. I was met with a non-pushy and helpfu . I purchased my used Rav4 from Totoyatown coming from Guelph because of the competitive pricing and reputation. I was met with a non-pushy and helpful sales person that let us guide our experience. The used car I purchased was in almost perfect condition with a small scuff that they offered to buff out. Upon picking up my car the scuff was gone, but I noticed that there were some significant scratches on the windshield in the sightline on the driver side that was not noticed during our 40 minute test drive - we suspect that this happened accidently after our deal had been made. Toyotatown took this very seriously and replaced my windshield for not cost. I was happy with the prompt resolution to the problem. I would highly recommend working with Toyotatown if you're in the market for a used Toyota. Ken Yates was my sales associate and he is the complete opposite of a pushy sales person. He took the time to go over the car and answer questions, but in the end left us to test drive and go over the car on our own without pressure. More

Awesome I was in for a regular service, which for me happens every couple of months! I drive 60,000 km a year so knowing they are going to look after my vehic I was in for a regular service, which for me happens every couple of months!
