Excellent experience in service department. I have had 2 experiences with Mike as my service adviser and both were exemplary. On the first occasion Mike went the "extra mile" literally and picke I have had 2 experiences with Mike as my service adviser and both were exemplary. On the first occasion Mike went the "extra mile" literally and picked me up when the shuttle was too busy. There had been a recent insurance claim with the vehicle and Mike helped to solved a problem which required extra calling about on his part. My second encounter with Mike was for a regular issue.
