Upfront, no nonsense vibe. Ken Yates was friendly and straightforward to deal with. Was not too "salesy" at all. I knew what I wanted and he didn't screw around. She tried to sell me warranties and car protection I did not want and was too persistent even after I stated I did not want it...got a bad vibe. She even stated, "its only $20 per month more" when talking about Toyotatown's finance rate vs. my bank. $20 per month more over 60 months is $1200 in my pocket....an easy obvious choice. It seemed like she did not get the obvious-ness on this fact. Overall, a very good experience ay ToyotaTown. More

Just a couple of qualifying questions were asked and we were off on a straightforward and informative shopping expedition. Kevin is a no nonsense sales rep which I appreciated; as a female, I appreciated that he was not patronizing but treated me with respect and recognized that I had come to the dealership with prior knowledge and experience in purchasing a new vehicle as well as having researched the Toyota product...new to me. Wonderful When we entered the dealership we were greeted by Geordie Hock in a nice casual manner. We told him what we were interested in and he listened. We knew we wanted a Toyota as we had owned a Corolla and loved it. We settled on a Rav mainly because it was assembled in Canada. We discussed the options we would like the vehicle to have and took one for a test drive. Geordie was very educated in the various options and lead us to the perfect car for us. We would absolutely recommend Toyota Town and especially Geordie When it was time to pick up our Rav Geordie was there to meet us.
