In any event Frank made this process painless and enjoyable - he knows his business and doesn't try to upsell you with things you don't need or can't afford - I hate pushy high pressure salespeople because they're trying to sell you what they want, instead of what you want and need. This is the second car we buy from Frank since we moved to this area. The other part of the equation is the dealership service. I worked as a rep for 40 years and would get a new car every two to three years, so I've seen a lot of cars and a lot of dealerships - I can tell you that ToyotaTown's service is next to none and their prices more than competitive. So what's not to like? Good experience all around. More

Buying Experience Could’ve Been Better I found a great used car and dealt with Ken to buy it. Ken’s a good guy who tried to make this transaction work but, with issues from a failed safet I found a great used car and dealt with Ken to buy it. Ken’s a good guy who tried to make this transaction work but, with issues from a failed safety test, it wasn’t easy and took way too long. I went into the dealer many times that week only to wait for service. On one occasion, I waited two hours and about an hour each on two other visits. It definitely wasn’t all Ken’s fault, but he sent me to another mechanic for the safety and the repair when they have service right there. It could’ve been much easier. Helena in Service went out of her way to help make it right. More
