Another Fantastic Experience On October 24, 2018, I went in to Toyotatown for my annual snow tire installation. I made my appointment a while ago but something had come up that ma On October 24, 2018, I went in to Toyotatown for my annual snow tire installation. I made my appointment a while ago but something had come up that made it necessary to ask if things could go a little quicker than normal. My snows were in storage with Toyotatown so that was also part of the coordination. And I needed an oil change. Well, like always, Todd Servant, the Service Advisor, pulled out all the stops and got my snows installed, my summer tires away for storage and my oil changed along with an extended warranty service inspection in such good time that I was driving away in plenty of time for my other appointment. Todd is awesome! Not only does he work tirelessly to make his client's experience with Toyotatown pleasant and filled with confidence, but he always puts in extra to make sure that all the "i's" are dotted and all the "t's" are crossed so you feel confident that absolutely everything has been done right! I will be back!!! More

Toyota Sienna Van purchase! Justin Maki called us to see if we were interested in coming to the dealership to have a look at a new van. He thought we might be able to get into a new vehicle for little or no increase in monthly payments. We decided to go in and a few hours later, found ourselves signing for a new van. There was no pressure at all. Justin just provided us with the facts and helped us pick a vehicle that we were both totally satisfied with. This was probably the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Justin answered all our questions and advised us to contact him any time with any additional questions or concerns. Justin stays in touch to make sure we are totally happy with our purchase. He is proof that ToyotaTown really does provide excellent customer service. In any event Frank made this process painless and enjoyable - he knows his business and doesn't try to upsell you with things you don't need or can't afford - I hate pushy high pressure salespeople because they're trying to sell you what they want, instead of what you want and need. This is the second car we buy from Frank since we moved to this area. The other part of the equation is the dealership service. I worked as a rep for 40 years and would get a new car every two to three years, so I've seen a lot of cars and a lot of dealerships - I can tell you that ToyotaTown's service is next to none and their prices more than competitive. So what's not to like? Good experience all around. More
