At drop off Debb walked me through what needed fixed, followed up with phone calls later in the morning as to the car's status and then even greeted me when I arrived to pick up the car after work. It was amazing customer service. I felt completely taken care of the whole way through the appointment. As well, I have terrific service from the shuttle driver who was able to squeeze me in on drop off and pick up - enjoyable conversation. To top it off, the red haired lady who gave me my bill and key was fabulous too. All were kind and respectful. Thank you! More

The experience we had at ToyotaTown exceeded my expectation. Baz patiently listened to our requests and answered all our questions, never making us feel rushed. He setup two test drives with the exact model we were interested in. We took several days to consider our options and choice, and again no pressure tactics. After some negotiation, we agreed to purchase. A few days later we picked-up our New vehicle. Again, Baz had everything ready, the vehicle and the paperwork. It has been an excellent experience! More

Another great service experience! I went in for a no charge (under warranty) oil change on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 and had another great experience! The Service Advisor, Todd Servan I went in for a no charge (under warranty) oil change on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 and had another great experience! The Service Advisor, Todd Servant, was his usual courteous and super fast and efficient self! My oil change was done on time and in good time and he ordered me a cargo net for my vehicle and called me two days later to say that it was in. It is always a pleasure to have my vehicle dealt with at Toyotatown when Todd Servant is working! I will go no where else to buy a vehicle or have a vehicle serviced other that Toyotatown because of the great service I get from Todd! Again, well done! More

Knowledgeable and courteous The Service Adviser was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She responded to us in a timely mannner with the results of our vehicle inspection. The Service Adviser was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She responded to us in a timely mannner with the results of our vehicle inspection. Since we were from out of town, she gave to us a detailed account of the problem. Due to time restrictions, I could not get the repair completed at this dealership. She assured me our travel home would be a safe one but to followup with repairs at our local dealership. The whole experience at this dealership was one of efficiency and servicing the customer. My 2006 Toyota Highlander is now a senior citizen on the road and in good working order due in large part to the ongoing care and attention of Toyotatown service. Some of the maintenance has been fairly significant but the expense has been worth it. My Highlander is very reliable a pleasure to drive and good on the road. I have never been stranded. Best Car Dealership & People Myself and my Partner had been looking for a new car, we had gone to different dealerships and weren't very happy with the Service. Then we went to ToyotaTown in London which for us being from Mississauga was quite a long drive but worth every minute of the drive. As Kevin new we were driving in from Mississauga he phoned us to make sure we were ok. When we arrived we were greeted immediatley. Taken to look at the car we had enquired about and had all the features explained. We then sat down and talked through all of our options. We then met Janine who went over the financing explained everything to us in full and didn't make it complicated unlike other dealerships we had visited. We then arranged to pick the car up the next week. We were in contant communication with Janine regarding extra's we wanted to add onto the car. When we arrived to pick up the car it was quick and straightforward signed all the documents with Kevin and then he proceeded to take us through all the major functions of the car and all the new fun tech gadgets. I couldn't be happier with our new car and the service we recieved was amazing. Me and my partner are from the UK and have been to car dealerships in both countries and ToyotaTown is by far the best service we have ever recieved. I will be recommending ToyotaTown to friends and family and telling them the drive is well worth it for the service you get. More

Easy Transaction Back in 2014 I dropped in to look at the Scion Fr-s, Within minutes Shawn had one pulled around and I was off for a test drive.
