Recently, I experienced some new suspension noise on rough roads and was concerned that service might be needed. Toyotatown took the vehicle for 2 road tests and confirmed that there were signs of front suspension wear, Nevertheless, they were confident that we could safely continue to use the vehicle with them monitoring the situation at future scheduled services. As an engineer, I also appreciate the tyre and brake wear numbers that assist me in anticipating future expenses. It's the first time I've dealt with Helena Vrabec. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. Altogether a good experience. More
