Another Fabulous Service Appointment On April 24, 2019, I had an appointment at Toyotatown to have my snow tires removed and my summer tires installed. They are all on rims and Toyotatown On April 24, 2019, I had an appointment at Toyotatown to have my snow tires removed and my summer tires installed. They are all on rims and Toyotatown stores my tires in the off season. As always, my Service Advisor was Todd Servant. He helped me to get my preferred day and time for my appointment, which was not easy considering how busy it was. Todd also had to ensure that my tires came out of storage on time, which he did. When I made my appointment, Todd pulled up my file and made sure that I included any service that I should have based on my mileage in my appointment. As always, when I arrived Todd checked me in in a timely fashion and kept me up to date as to the timing of the work being done and when it was going to be completed. As always, the appointment was smooth and efficient, and when it was completed, Todd communicated to me any information that he thought I should know regarding the service that was performed. Again, Todd made the entire experience extremely pleasant and efficient! I will trust my vehicle to no one but Todd! More

Service advisor Rob Dako is excellent. I have dealt with Rob Dako for many years, and I feel he always looks after my needs. I come in twice a year for oil changes and winter/summer tire ch I have dealt with Rob Dako for many years, and I feel he always looks after my needs.
