Honouring a warranty I got a nail in a new tire under warranty. It had to be repaired at another Toyota dealership(Campbell’s in Chatham, Ontario). They did a great job I got a nail in a new tire under warranty. It had to be repaired at another Toyota dealership(Campbell’s in Chatham, Ontario). They did a great job getting me back on the road. I sent my receipt back to ToyotaTown for reimbursement. The dealership expedited payment and mailed me my cheque within a two week period. Great work! Thanks! More

Up and Running Again Our Toyota service is always excellent. Our car wouldn't start unless we jumped it and additional lights that came on the dash had us concerned. Turn Our Toyota service is always excellent. Our car wouldn't start unless we jumped it and additional lights that came on the dash had us concerned. Turned out it was just a simple battery change. Rob checked our records to make sure it was our first battery change. We bought our car at this dealership 10 years ago so I would say the battery was due. Thanks Rob. More
