The last two purchases I have worked with Gwen Jones. Gwen knew that I wanted a new Highlander and took the time to demonstrate the features of the different trim levels. She also helped secure what I felt was a fair value for my trade. As usual, Gwen was both meticulous and friendly, which is often a difficult balance to pull off. She also gave some good tips on the vehicle features many of which were totally unfamiliar to me, so that I could operate it effectively until I had time to look at the owner's manual later. All-in-all, a great experience and I would recommend Gwen and ToyotaTown to anyone! More
