Sylvia was friendly, knowledgeable & a good listener as she patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. She followed through with the new lease set up and further explained the various features of the new vehicle when it was delivered. I also enjoyed meeting Vladimir Stepancev who assisted with the financial aspects of the lease. He was very personable with a good sense of humour - always important when you're talking about money & insurance! Overall, it was an all around pleasant experience . More

Oveis very personable and very informative When my wife and I attended the dealership this morning, no one approached us other than Oveis to assist us in our questions that we had about the Toy When my wife and I attended the dealership this morning, no one approached us other than Oveis to assist us in our questions that we had about the Toyota vehicles that we were looking at. He answered our questions quickly, brought out a battery pack so we could test the headroom in a vehicle in the showroom. He then brought another vehicle up to allow the headroom to be checked so all our questions were answered. He is hard working and compassionate about his job. More
