Other than Sylvia being very busy with multiple customers, experience was great. Once she was involved, all good. When I arrived at Toyota town for my scheduled car servicing, I was handed over to Latoya and she was grear! She answered all my questions and also coordinated for me to get my car detailed In the sam servicing, I was handed over to Latoya and she was grear!
