Outstanding Experience at Toyota-Town! I had the pleasure to meet and deal with Geordie Hock. My purchase took about a month to complete as I wasn't sure on the vehicle I wanted. I stopped at ToyotaTown for info on the Camry; Geordie was extremely helpful, professional and took the time to listen, understand and respect the choices I had in mind. The more I dealt with him, and provided me info on the vehicle and the Toyota Ensuite technology, I quickly begun to understand the difference a Toyota could make in the vehicle I selected. He stayed in touch and kept inviting me back to test the car, try the technology and make sure it was the right car. Geordie remained professional, helpful and understanding of what I was looking for. He learned I was picky in what I wanted and in the condition of the car I was looking for. Based on his service, ToyotaTown's reputation, service team, and dealer amenities I decided to take a chance and have now purchased my first Toyota ever! A 1st timer I am a woman in her 60's who finally had to let her 2001 Pontiac go, enough was enough $$$. So after talking with friends and co-workers, my homework I am a woman in her 60's who finally had to let her 2001 Pontiac go, enough was enough $$$. So after talking with friends and co-workers, my homework was set on Toyota. I fell in love with the Rav4 and what it has to offer. When 2 Rav4's came up I called and set up an appt. My sales associate Geordie Hock had know idea what was to come. I asked question after question and got even more information, which was such a learning experience on what the Rav4 has to offer. Then came the road test with construction and some slick surfaces the Rav4 handles like a dream, Geordie on the other hand was just hanging on for the ride. I hope this is my last vehicle but if its not, I will surely be going to Toyota town again. Fast, friendly and helpful! Helena was so much help! Got my clutch inspected, parts ordered, installed and delivered back to me withing a week during winter tire season! The next Helena was so much help! Got my clutch inspected, parts ordered, installed and delivered back to me withing a week during winter tire season! The next week I need to replace my whel studs (not their fault) and Helena was able to get me right back in withing a week and had my vehicle done and back to me by the end of that day!
