Great Service Jason DeFelice quickly diagnosed the problem with the vehicle. While I was alerted that a sensor needed to be replaced, Jason immediately uncovered th Jason DeFelice quickly diagnosed the problem with the vehicle. While I was alerted that a sensor needed to be replaced, Jason immediately uncovered that mice had chewed the wiring. Jason kept me informed and provided emails including pics of the damage to explain the issues. The service was completed promptly. Jason even discussed prevention and made recommendations so that we could try and avoid the issue in the future. More

Excellent First-time buyer and did not have much idea about a car. Went to buy a car that I saw on the website but did not like it when I went to the Toyota Tow First-time buyer and did not have much idea about a car. Went to buy a car that I saw on the website but did not like it when I went to the Toyota Town dealership. So, Frank suggested another car which was not available online and asked me to buy that car instead without hesitation. It was a much better car than the one I chose online. I purchased the car based on Frank’s suggestion. After a week I bought the car, Frank called me and asked how the car is driving. Not so many dealers asked about the performance of something they have sold. So, it was very nice of him. I have been driving this car for about a month and so far, I am happy with my purchase. More
