Quality first service the price Jason DeFelice My first major visit to Toyota Town: On arrival I met Jason DeFelice who advised confirmed this was an all day job. Immediately he advised me that a front end alignment was needed as I drove through the machine on entering the shop. We added it to the list (trust everyone until they prove you wrong). Grateful for the service. He offered me shuttle service. We kept in contact all day and as the car was being worked on he advised me that the brakes, which I had put on the list, did not need to be worked on. A major savings. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Jason had us picked up by shuttle and returned to Toyota Town. As my wife said the car looked brand new, and runs new. I believe in regular maintenance and service. Jason is a main reason I drive from Sarnia to London for service to our Avalon. thank you one more time.
