Geography inclined me try another dealership, quickly learn that they didn’t deserve my business. Jason’s friendly demeanour and pragmatic approach to servicing my aging RAV4 was second to none. Helena keeps right on top of things, always letting you know what's happening with your vehicle. All the staff and even the customers are happy. We've owned a lot of vehicles and we trade in and get a new one every 3 years. This is our first Toyota and it won't be our last. Once you receive the service I'm getting from Toyota Town, why would I want to ruin a good thing. I said it before and it's worth mentioning again, Toyota Town is very lucky, to have Helena as part of there staff. More

When ordered Rav hitch was a must but It took 6 months to arrive. Made numerous inquiries as to when (6). Was never updated on info or timing. Was never told the price ever until the day of install.
