Firis I just want to say Firis (my Service Advisor) is wonderful. He took the time to explain, break down the various issues I was dealing with, into indivi I just want to say Firis (my Service Advisor) is wonderful. He took the time to explain, break down the various issues I was dealing with, into individual "notes". As a result, it was much easier for me to understand, and proceed with needed repairs. I look forward to seeing Firis when I bring my Toyota in for service (not that I need to come in that often!). He is friendly, respectful, has a great sense of humour, and has the customer foremost in his mind at all times. He's most definitely an asset to ToyotaTown. More
