snow tires being installed Everyone was very pleasant . I do understand some of the busiest days of the year. Helena was great to explain the delays ect. Routine service made exceptional I brought my RAV4 in for routine servicing and was luckily pointed to Helena for assistance. My experience at Toyota Town was amazing. My experience was an amazing right from walking in and there was a very friendly receptionist. She excused herself to find a salesperson and she intro My experience was an amazing right from walking in and there was a very friendly receptionist. She excused herself to find a salesperson and she introduced me to Suzanne. I told Suzanne I was just looking at this time and shared with her a horrible experience I had the night before from another dealership. I told Suzanne what I was looking for and with excitement told me she had a perfect vehicle for me. I told her I wanted a small SUV but had to be classy, sassy and had some speed. She said, "let's go for a test drive in a RAV 4 Trail". First glance at the RAV 4 I was hooked and then she opened up the door and I saw the dark grey interior with the orange accents and I was hooked. I left that evening buying the RAV 4 trail. Suzanne made me feel that my opinion mattered. There are many challenges with being a female consumer when buying a car and I happy st say I had NO challenges at Toyota Town. More
