Yearly Service My appointment was scheduled to have the Service 2 done. At the time of booking they could not install my winter tires but were able to get them out My appointment was scheduled to have the Service 2 done. At the time of booking they could not install my winter tires but were able to get them out of storage per my appointment. When Rob noticed that I wasn't scheduled he assured me that he would make sure that it was done. I was very impressed that he noticed the install wasn't scheduled and remarked on it and then made it happen. Thank you Rob, we are now driving with our snow tires that were originally not going to be on. More
