Yearly Service My appointment was scheduled to have the Service 2 done. At the time of booking they could not install my winter tires but were able to get them out My appointment was scheduled to have the Service 2 done. At the time of booking they could not install my winter tires but were able to get them out of storage per my appointment. When Rob noticed that I wasn't scheduled he assured me that he would make sure that it was done. I was very impressed that he noticed the install wasn't scheduled and remarked on it and then made it happen.
