Buying our new RAV4 was made so easy! We did not have an appointment but the very cheerful receptionist paged for a Product Advisor right away and we met Suzanne Bourdeau. We were interested in the RAV4 as my husband follows all the car shows and said this was the best car in it's class! Suzanne explained all the different models and took us for a test drive. We chose the one that fit our budget the best and Andre De Coning the Financial Services Manager was great to deal with too. We were downsizing from a 7 passenger SUV and we were not sure how we would feel about a smaller vehicle but we are totally enjoying the RAV4. More

My visit at Toyota town yesterday went very well. The service was excellent as usual. Helena Vrabec fixed a small weather strip on my front windshield that had come lose, just as we were talking.
