I just bought a new 2020 4Runner, but had squeaky breaks 4 days after taking it home. This is also my 5th 4Runner in a row. My entire break system was redone to make sure everything was perfect. I always get Todd Servant to help me with service because he is great at explaining all issues and always ensures everything is done properly and to my satisfaction. I definitely appreciate his honesty and his level of customer service. I would say that in the Many years I’ve been going to ToyotaTown they have only continued to improve year over year.
