We may have missed some tours and introductions, due to COVID, but this was made up for by the friendliness and welcome atmosphere created by Brian Williams and Janice Feenstra. Brian went "above and beyond" standing in the howling wind and cold to introduce us to the instrument panel and other features on our new vehicle. He fielded all of our questions and assured us he would be available anytime for future queries. A phone call response to an E-mail I had just finished sending this afternoon was outstanding service.
