My wife and I are expecting twins, and have a toddler, so a new van was a must. To be honest we were not looking forward to the process of purchasing a new vehicle, but Gwen made the process smooth and easy. a new van was a must. Well, during the Coronavirus pandemic, we wondered whether we would feel safe and secure in our dealings with the various staff members at Toyota.Town who would help us buy a new SUV. I am pleased to whether we would feel safe and secure in our dealings with the various staff members at Toyota.Town who would help us buy a new SUV. I am pleased to report that all was handled very professionally and our first experience at Toyota.Town was amazing! We may have missed some tours and introductions, due to COVID, but this was made up for by the friendliness and welcome atmosphere created by Brian Williams and Janice Feenstra. Brian went "above and beyond" standing in the howling wind and cold to introduce us to the instrument panel and other features on our new vehicle. He fielded all of our questions and assured us he would be available anytime for future queries. A phone call response to an E-mail I had just finished sending this afternoon was outstanding service. We would certainly recommend this dealership (and Brian Williams) to others in the market for a vehicle. More
