This was my first time buying a brand new car. The experience was amazing. From starting at just getting a quote on the website, how quickly Shawn Longworth reached out and how helpful he was. When we went in to discuss purchase options, Shawn was amazing! He was so friendly and helpful. He was open and honest about the process and wait times. He shared his personal experience with Toyotas. Hillary Bevan helped us with the financing and she was wonderful as well. Friendly and supportive. The whole process was comfortable and seamless. During the waiting time Shawn reached out and kept me update and informed about my vehicle. When the day finally came to go pick up the new car Shawn and Hillary were flexible with times and seemed genuinely excited. They both remembered my husband and I right away and were so friendly and supportive! More
