She has always been thorough, honest and comprehensive in her dealings with me, helping me choose the right model for my needs which have changed many times over 40 years. She frequently checks on me to ensure my happiness with my vehicle, whether Lexus or Toyota. I’m now the proud owner of a 2021 Venza hybrid AWD and love it.
