I have had some issues lately with my Sienna 2007, specifically loss of acceleration power accompanied by unusual noises. MJ Rizkalla informed me that the transmission pan gasket was smashed and that it was pressing on the transmission filter and causing damage to the gears. A hanger bearing also needed to be replaced. He explained very clearly the whole reparation process, how long will it take, and gave me a rough estimation of the cost. This is what I like at ToyotaTown, the service team live up to the promise. MJ Rizkalla, with his long experience and integrity, gives you the best advise. It makes me comfortable to continue bringing our two cars to that dealership.
