Toyotatown was up front and honest with me. They told me what the previous Toyota dealership had been charging me for that wasn’t necessary every time I went for service. He thoroughly explained the situation I was in and the best way for me to approach it. He could of told me to do a lot of unnecessary service items but he gave me my options and encouraged me to choose the one that was best for me not what was best to make a sale. I was blown away.
