I took in my RAV4 Hybrid for general servicing prior to a major road trip. Enna was my Service Advisor. Turns out there were several issues that needed to be addressed , including a major leak in the timing major road trip. Enna was my Service Advisor. Turns out there were several issues that needed to be addressed , including a major leak in the timing cap that was still under warranty, but only until I hit 100K. It had to be fixed before my trip and everything was done to make sure that happened. I was extremely pleased with the service -- and excellent communication. More
