Consistently High-End Service I've been a customer for many years now. Once again, during a recent "snow tire swap" service call, there were some very slight delays because of a te I've been a customer for many years now. Once again, during a recent "snow tire swap" service call, there were some very slight delays because of a technical problem. The delay meant that the service was completed in the original time estimated, not the much shorter time that they'd hoped. Which of course didn't matter one iota, as the staff (Mario, Russell) went out of their way to make sure I was kept informed, and then extended every courtesy to me. I cannot rate this dealership's service department highly enough. Than you again. More

She is such an amazing person and really put a smile on my face just the way she deals with both customers and employees. She is so friendly and her vibe of friendliness just made me feel welcome and happy. Also to add I usually wait a long time for the service but today was a better experience and didn't have to wait longer than an hour which was amazing!!! If you are a customer reading this and would like my opinion about this particular location and the staff, I would rate Amanda and the employees that who serviced my vehicle a 100 stars because I think 5 stars is too little for the service they provide! Service call. I brought my Toyota Rav4 for a routine oil change today and I dealt with Hon Ho. He was most unfriendly, aloof and rude in terms of his customer care. I brought my Toyota Rav4 for a routine oil change today and I dealt with Hon Ho. He was most unfriendly, aloof and rude in terms of his customer care. I was very unhappy with his poor attitude and his unpleasant demeanor. I told him how disappointed I was with my last oil change as the mechanic overfilled the reservoir. He made absolutely no attempt to apologize for this oversight nor did he offer me any comensation. It is obvious he does not like his job and he takes no pride in dealing with customers. I would never deal with him again. When I picked up my car after the service, I was served by Neelah Hashim who was very polite and helpful. She also gave me two tokens for a car wash. More
