My first experience of his extraordinary service is when I purchased my corolla at Toyota on the park 2 years ago, and often I would go back and forth when I have questions regarding my desire to upgrade my car other questions, he always patiently listens to what I say and helps me analyze my situation with much insight. Today, I experienced a flat tire on the road. When my car was towed to the dealership, I went to Jure, told him what happened, and immediately he helped me check my service plans and took me over to the service department and made sure I was taken care of. I am very grateful that even though he is mostly busy with many customers, he always serves existing customers with the same zeal at any given time. He is the best manager I have ever encountered and I will definitely recommend people to this place to purchase the dream car with warm and welcoming customer service. It simply couldn't be better. At some point, I think that I'm going to simply try to find a service advisor at Toyota on the Park that isn't amazing. I've always had my favourite, but circumstances have brought me to others at the dealership, and they are always just so nice. More importantly, they all seem to know an awful lot about my car. I know a bit about cars. I'm not claiming to be an expert in any area whatsoever, however, when they explain what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and the consequences of various alternatives, it makes sense to the "know a bit about cars" person. Choices - and we all have to make them - are easier with the right information in front of you. My latest visit was for a "simple" flat tire. Not sure what caused it, and I sure hate when a tire goes flat. It ruins your day, big time. 1- they made time for me immediately 2- they got me out on my spare very quickly 3- they ordered a replacement and got it ready (mounted, balanced) before I returned 4- when I returned the next day, they rotated my tires and did an alignment and had me out the door in an hour. I still hate flat tires. But, it's a bit easier dealing with one when you go to Toyota on the Park. More

3 Pleasant Surprises! I came in on Friday, June 16th for an emergency fix to 2 minor issues: 1) Passenger Side Window rubber seal was coming off the door frame when wind I came in on Friday, June 16th for an emergency fix to 2 minor issues: 1) Passenger Side Window rubber seal was coming off the door frame when windows were drawn down. This was the 2nd time and I was impressed for 2 reasons: 1st) Anastasia explained clearly that these seals required some lubrication to prevent the windows from dragging it down and also to pick carefully the type of lubricant used (i.e. the clear and not white ones). 2) Rear bumper popped out after a minor rear-to-rear bump with an F150. I was fully expecting in the worst case scenario to be gouged and have the complete rear bumper replaced but instead, Anastasia firmly used her fist to bump it back into place as if it was just a lego piece. It was perfect! 3) Free car wash! Need I say more. To recap, Anastasia could have referred me to other technicians but her renaissance capabilities of great customer service and a bit of car (or in my case, minivan) know-how saved my day in less than 1/2 hr when I was expecting a 3 hr total time! Thank you very much, Toyota for having employees with such a broad set of skills and customer service skills. As I consider a new car for 2018, this outstanding service makes it very likely that I will return! Jason More

very helpful service staff visited the service dept for a quick oil change first but noticed another problem afterwards. i had to bring back my car along with a cranky baby. th visited the service dept for a quick oil change first but noticed another problem afterwards. i had to bring back my car along with a cranky baby. the staff were friendly and accomodating, able to attend to me during a busy time of day. they weren't pushy about selling their services and provided alternatives. in the end they were able to get the job done as i had requested without charging me a penny!
