I live over 1.5 hours from Toronto so the trek to go see the car was a big deal, but I liked the price. I received a reminder/ confirmation call earlier in the day to make sure I was coming. After a long drive the sales rep tells me the car was already sold! Are you kidding me? He knew I was driving a far distance just to come see the car and he didn't even have the decency to tell me it was sold! He tried to put me in another car, which was far from what I was looking for. I get that they have sales goals but cmon, that's the worst customer service/ human decency I've ever received! More

Excellent experience We recently bought a new Highlander from Toyota on the Park and had the pleasure of dealing with Irfan and Ali. Irfan was very patient as we initially dropped by the dealership on the weekend with our two young boys who proceeded to climb through every vehicle we looked at and wanted to come along on the test drive. Irfan was very patient and helpful explaining everything. Once it came time to work through the financing and options Ali was very good, didn't try to upsell us on anything services we could actually use and was a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely recommend speaking to Irfan if you are looking for a new car. More
