Arrogant and uncaring sales staff Came in recently on Friday around 5:20 p.m. to inquire about a new Toyota Supra. The dealership closes at 6:00. We did not know, but yet hoped there w Came in recently on Friday around 5:20 p.m. to inquire about a new Toyota Supra. The dealership closes at 6:00. We did not know, but yet hoped there was enough time to at least get some information and look at the car. To our surprise not a single staff greeted us, hiding away, just occasionally picking at us from around a corner. Ten minutes later a manager passed by, and were awfully rude and disrespectful to the fact that we were ignored by everyone. Instead of apologizing, he yelled at us & basically told us to shut up with complains. Well,.... what can be said here? Ambitious & extremely productive sales people? NO! Huge, huge fools!! )))))) We live just beside them, but from now on will NEVER venture that way again! Shame on you lazy and rude Toyota On the Park!! More

Simply the best dealer I've ever encountered! We purchased our 2011 Toyota Corolla LE new at Toyota on the Park and have had 8 years of trouble-free service from it. We take it in for scheduled s We purchased our 2011 Toyota Corolla LE new at Toyota on the Park and have had 8 years of trouble-free service from it. We take it in for scheduled service as needed and have been consistently impressed with both the car and the dealership. They have a cafeteria where you can purchase a very reasonable priced cooked meal to eat while you wait, or if you choose not to wait they offer a shuttle to take you to your home and will pick you up later when your vehicle is ready. Car-wash is free for the life of the vehicle and they even mint their own tokens (about the size of a loonie) for the automatic car-wash on the premises. They even have a car-wash hot line to make sure that the car-wash is open when you want to visit it outside of a service visit! Their washrooms are clean bright and kept absolutely spotless.
