TED is AWSOME! This is the second Yaris I've leased from Toyota. Five years ago, Ted took such good care of me he was the only person I considered when it came time This is the second Yaris I've leased from Toyota. Five years ago, Ted took such good care of me he was the only person I considered when it came time to make a decision about whether or not to buy out the lease on my first Yaris or to lease another one. Ted listened carefully to all my concerns and discussed them with me in an honest and respectful manner, taking into account what would best suit my needs, not his or the dealership's. Whenever I brought my car in for service, or took advantage of the courtesy car wash, I would stop by to see if Ted was working and say hello. He always took the time to have a chat with me about what I was up to, how the car was running, and other things of that nature. I felt like he was more of a friend than just a guy who wanted my business. And speaking of service - I've never had better customer service anywhere. Keep up the good work, Toyota-on-the-Park! I was 'in and out' in 20 minutes when an icon on my dash was visible. She checked my gas cap which was very loose and knew the problem.
