Tight budget great deal I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ted while I was looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. I was specifically looking for a Camry. I owned a Cor I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ted while I was looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. I was specifically looking for a Camry. I owned a Corolla Wagon decades ago and had nothing but good experiences with that car. My latest vehicle (not Toyota) gave up the ghost so I investigated the best cars to buy used. Camry tops the list. Ted had just the car I needed at an extremely favourable price. We did the deal very quickly and I am looking forward to some trouble free driving for once. Ted's friendly manner and helpful responses to questions I had put me at ease and allowed me to complete this deal with complete confidence. Right from the start, he was focused on giving us valuable information and helping us understand our options -- not just with Toyota, but on the market in general -- rather than applying pressure for us to make a purchase. He gave us the space we need to do our research and make a decision, but he was also very proactive in explaining the specs and the ins and outs of the vehicles and financing options. Everything he told us about both Toyota models and even the competitors checked out pretty well when we did our own research. Cost effective Service Advise by Alsha Shah Took my Sienna with a small problem. Alisha was on duty. Great experience from beginning to end! After an unexpected accident we were forced reluctantly to look for a new car. After visiting two other dealerships, we were discouraged, frustrated and dreading this experience. We went into Toyota on the Park on a Monday night just to look. Within a few hours we had purchased a new Prius at a reasonable price. The entire experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. We were met at the door by Anthony Trasmundi who welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. Farai was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating throughout hte process. He was willing to listen to our concerns and make suggestions based on them. Nancy was great throughout the financing process. Overall I was very happy with this experience and would happily recommend Toyota on the Park to my friends and family! More

The usual great service Lucky enough to be squeezed into an appointment before the long weekend (thanks to Hon!) for a routine service call but I forogt about the need to rep Lucky enough to be squeezed into an appointment before the long weekend (thanks to Hon!) for a routine service call but I forogt about the need to replace and do a number of recommended things (e.g. spark plugs, fuel injectors, replace coolant, etc). so the bill was staggering and ate into the getaway funds! Still, I guess it had to be done and the work was at the usual excellent standard and the pleasant service was the usual stellar level. I've been servicing many vehicles over many years that Toyota On The Park has been consistently the best in how they treat me and value me as a customer. A great many other garages could learn from them. More
