He answered all my questions and when he couldn't, he found the right answers. He was truthful and supportive with regard to my vehicle needs. Irfan is a credit to the Toyota brand and a definite asset to the dealership. I would highly recommend my friends to Irfan and Toyota on the park. Reasons were because lack of customer service, the people were not sincerely helping, and price didn't make sense. However, at TOYOTA ON THE PARK I had a very different car buying experience. I bought a 2007 Corolla CE from them. The staffs from Client Service, Manager, Supervisor, Sales, Finance literally everyone did a GREAT JOB, They served and answered all of my concerns, questions in a straightforward manner. Definitely recommend TOYOTA ON THE PARK at Leslie and Eglinton to anyone who's looking to buy a Toyota/car. More

From the minute you drive into the garage, the staff that greet you, smile, good morning, and then direct to a service representative. If I can I will pick Alisha if available, or Alex Chan, but he has gone on to other things. Alisha as usual greets you with a smile, and when I told her, first of all oil change, etc and then I explained I was concerned about the brakes. From then on she was so kind explaining the cost, etc. Because it would take some time fixing, I was shuttled home with Cliff. So pleasant a drive home and back. The car was ready and the cost was not as high as expected. You cannot imagine how happy I was. The whole experience, even paying, was a pleasant one. Keep up the good work and give Alisha a raise she deserves it. More
